Do animations and videos come across?
No. A PDF is still pages, so each slide is shown as it looks once all its animations have played. Videos and sounds are left out.
Are speaker notes included?
No. The PDF has the slides only, as an audience would see them.
Is PowerPoint to PDF free?
It is included with our paid plans. A free account can try it a few times a month, and every paid plan includes more. Plans cost less than most.
What happens to my files?
Your uploads are deleted as soon as the job finishes. The file we make is deleted after an hour, or straight away if you press Delete now. We don't look at your files or keep copies.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone.
Can I use PowerPoint to PDF from my own code?
Yes. Every tool is also an API endpoint. Send your files to POST /v1/office-to-pdf with an API key from your Account page, then download the result when the job is done.
