Fields where you need them
Place signatures, initials, the date signed, their name and lines of text on any page, for each signer.
An audit trail
The signed PDF ends with a signing certificate: who signed, when, and from which internet address. Anyone can check a copy on our check page.
Reminders and expiry
We remind people who haven't signed, and the request ends after the days you choose, from 7 to 90.

Questions
Do the people signing need a Pagey account?
No. They get an email with a link, and sign in their browser. Only the person sending needs a paid plan.
How many people can sign one document?
Up to 10, each with their own fields. Each person counts as one paid tool job.
How do I know the signed PDF hasn't been changed?
Open the page for checking a signed PDF and choose the file. If it matches the one Pagey made when everyone had signed, nothing has changed since.
Can someone refuse to sign?
Yes. They can decline, with a reason if they like, and we tell you. You can also cancel a request yourself while it is waiting.
Is it free?
Sending for signature comes with the paid plans and the week pass. Signing a document someone sent you is always free. To sign a PDF yourself, use Sign PDF, which is free and works on your device.
