Credits

One credit is one more server operation once your plan's monthly ones are used up. Credits never expire, but they don't add paid tool jobs, and a plan is always the cheaper way to get operations. On Free and Personal they cover jobs on the website; on Developer and above, API jobs too.

Questions

What is free?: Every tool that works in your browser, as often as you like, with no account: your files never leave your device. Plans pay for the work our servers do.
What counts as an operation?: Each finished job on our servers is one operation, whichever tool runs it and however many files it takes. Jobs that fail don't count, and tools that work in your browser use none.
What are the paid tools?: Compare PDFs, Summarise PDF, Ask your PDF, Extract PDF data, Translate PDF, Redact PDF, Office to PDF, HTML to PDF, Web page to PDF, OCR PDF, PDF to PDF/A, PDF to Word, PDF to Excel and PDF to PowerPoint. Each paid plan includes a number of jobs with them a month, and they count as operations too. A free account can try them a few times a month.
Are the website and the API counted separately?: No. On Developer and above, jobs you run in the browser and through your API keys come out of the same monthly allowance. Free and Personal cover the website only.
What happens when I reach my limit?: If you have credits, each job after that takes one. Otherwise new jobs are refused until your allowance resets on the 1st of the month, or until you move to a bigger plan or buy credits. Credits don't add paid tool jobs: for more of those, move to a bigger plan.
How do credits work?: Buy a pack once and keep it: credits never expire. Your plan's monthly operations are used first, then one credit for each job. They go with any plan, free included. On Free and Personal they cover jobs on the website; on Developer and above, API jobs too. A plan always gives operations for less, so credits are best for topping one up.
What is the week pass?: The Personal plan for seven days, paid once, for when you only need Pagey now and then. It doesn't renew. Buy another while it runs and the extra days are added after it. A month of Personal costs less, so if you need Pagey regularly, subscribe instead.
Can I change plans?: Yes, without cancelling. A bigger plan starts at once and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. A smaller one starts when your paid period ends.
Is paying yearly cheaper?: Yes: a year costs the same as ten months. You can move a monthly plan to yearly billing at any time, and what is left of your month is taken off the first payment.
Can I pay in rupees?: Yes. Pick ₹ above the plans to see prices in Indian rupees and pay in them. A subscription stays in the currency you first paid in.
Can I cancel?: Yes, at any time from your Account page. You go back to the free plan, and your account and history stay.
