What happens to see-through parts?
A JPG can't be see-through, so those parts become white. Convert to WebP instead to keep them and still get a small file.
Is PNG to JPG free?
Yes, and as often as you like. It works in your browser, so there is nothing to sign up for.
What happens to my files?
They stay on your device. The tool works in your browser, so your files are never uploaded. Only a file too large for your device, or one your browser can't read, is sent to our servers instead; it is deleted as soon as the job finishes.
