Which sheets end up in the PDF?
Every sheet that has something on it, in order, as Excel would print it. Set a print area in Excel first to leave rows or columns out.
My columns are cut off. What can I do?
Wide sheets print across several pages. In Excel, set the sheet to landscape or to fit all columns on one page, save it, and convert it again.
Is Excel to PDF free?
It is included with our paid plans. A free account can try it a few times a month, and every paid plan includes more. Plans cost less than most.
What happens to my files?
Your uploads are deleted as soon as the job finishes. The file we make is deleted after an hour, or straight away if you press Delete now. We don't look at your files or keep copies.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone.
Can I use Excel to PDF from my own code?
Yes. Every tool is also an API endpoint. Send your files to POST /v1/office-to-pdf with an API key from your Account page, then download the result when the job is done.
